I joined this marriage tour last year somewhere in Asia and it introduced me to some of the best healthy, green foods available. I never knew vegetables could be so great. A bit of creativity and good recipes did the job so well. So now, I’m planning to become either vegetarian, pescetarian, or vegan mostly because I want to start clean eating. I just really want more vegetables in my system and less meat. If possible, I want to stay away from meat.
I know this is a big deal and it’s not as simple as switching to another restaurant for a new menu. I’ve heard horrible stories about their transition and so I want to make mine as bearable as possible. Anybody got helpful tips for this?
