Start adding a lot of greens and protein into your diet.

Also avoid all the junk items like fast food,pizza,burger etc as much as u can.

Have a morning jog for abt half an hour everyday.

Stay focused untill u achieve ur targeted weight!

Try to use 4 glass of water in the morning with empty stomach then drink a glass of water by adding Indian Plantago, or Isabgol, It will start reducing the fat in two weeks.

For losing weight, I  suggest you try green tea and increasing the proportion of greens and vegetables in your food intake. Stop eating junk food. Along with it avoid eating extra sugar and salt, this will definitely help.
