I have been trying to meet the deadlines and complete my work on time. However, my boss keeps criticising everything that I do. Should I quit? How do I communicate it to him that his criticisms are affecting my productivity?

hey, do you meet the deadlines and complete the work or are you just trying? Very often it is a problem of communication. Maybe your boss does not see all thew work you do so try to be more transparent maybe? And ask him what his expectations are? communication is always key!!!

Bosses are bossy! Just go with the flow. Do your work and if you can't stand it, quit!
